Coming from a Biochemistry background, I treat every product like a lab experiment: hypothesis, testing, and data-driven iteration. I don't guess; I validate.
Today, I lead the design team at HumanManager, where I've gone from shipping the company's first-ever design sprints to managing the design ecosystem for HR tools used across Africa.
I mentor designers, drive product consistency, and operate at the intersection of user psychology, visual craft, and business strategy. I focus on making design work, not just visually pleasing.
